A 20% Non-refundable deposit of the final price or a $50 USD flat fee will be required before a reservation can be made, whichever one is greater.

This can be done via a PayPal payment with a major Credit Card.
The day you check-in:

The remaining balance on your rental will be collected in cash

A security deposit of $200 USD cash will also be collected and will be refunded upon your check-out minus any charges for damages to our property, if any.

A $25 USD cash final cleaning fee will also be collected at the time you check in.

Once a reservation has been confirmed with a non-refundable deposit, no refunds will be given. If you change your arrival date, missed your flight or the airline changes your itenerary, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accomodate you and or change your check-in time if at all possible.

If you need the apartment for longer than a month, a lease agreement must take place, security deposit and the lease price will be according to how long the lease will be, so contact us for further details and to get a quote.
